i use a 4M download, 300k upload Bell dsl, host a web server from home, hefty download daily (but i do not use p2p), break Bell quota every month (not because the 麒麟电视), works fine all along. i switch from Satellite to 麒麟电视, save the hassle of getting new pin and my in-laws not have to wait until i come home. bad thing is, not many chinese channel, (only the greatwall channel), the movie channel are all 80's HK movies, canceled it after one month
