Mint claims read-only to your accounts. But anyone who has your bank log in info can see/change your profile, order check, request a card, make transactions, almost whatever. This is much more dangerous than using credit/debit cards. I only use credit cards in local large merchants, only use Paypal for online shopping. Debit card is safer, since your PIN is encrypted in the pin pad, merchants and even the bank don't know your PIN.

And you have opportunity to dispute a credit card transaction. And now using a credit card with chip is much safer. Well, mint is convenient, but you are naked if you use it.
